He started killing at 18
Dumitru Palazau is 48 years old and had only been released a few weeks before committing another crime. Only a few days after he arrived in the UK, he stabbed another Romanian, Alexander Constantinescu, in the heart, according to thesun.co.uk.
Dumitru Palazu worked in a warehouse for packing fruits and vegetables. On Tuesday, November 12, he was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. He will have to serve a minimum of 30 years in prison.
The judge addressed the convict as "a violent, ruthless and very dangerous envy".
The criminal was jailed for 9 years for murder in 2009, when he killed his partner's father in a beating. The first crime, however, was committed at the age of 18, when he was jailed for 6 years after killing another man in a scuffle.
Dumitru Palazu also had three convictions during 1994-2001 for violent aggression, writes verdarul.ro.
