In this volume, authorized by the Queen, Kelly wrote: "If His Majesty will have to attend an official event in cold weather, starting in 2019, artificial fur suits will be used to keep them warm."
A spokesman at Buckingham Palace, the official residence of Queen Elizabeth II, confirmed the information, but provided clarification.
"As new outfits are designed for the queen, only artificial fur will be used. We do not suggest that all natural fur outfits that are already in the wardrobe will be replaced or that the queen will no longer wear natural fur.
