The National Soccer Team of Mexico began its preparation work for the matches against their counterparts in Panama and Bermuda, corresponding to the League of Nations of Concacaf.

The day began at the High Performance Center (CAR) of the Mexican Football Federation (FMF) with a light gym work to later move on to the court, where 16 players took part in the warm-up under the orders of physical trainer Rodolfo Paladini .

Goalkeepers Guillermo Ochoa, Hugo González and Sebastián Jurado worked separately with Argentine coach Gerardo Martino; while Erick Gutierrez, who arrived this morning, as well as Orbelín Pineda and Roberto Alvarado, who played last night, trained on their own.

The defender Hiram Mier caused the team to leave due to injury and Gilberto Sepúlveda took his place, while defender Edson Álvarez also took part in the warm-up, but later withdrew apparently due to a nuisance, without it being confirmed.

While striker Raúl Jiménez is the only element left to join the group and will do so in the next few hours.

El Tri will work Monday and Tuesday, for Wednesday to embark on the trip to Panama, where on Friday 15 you will see the faces with the cane box within the League of Nations.

His return is scheduled for Saturday 16 and Monday 18 will move to Toluca, where on Tuesday he will receive at the Nemesio Diez stadium to the Bermuda team.
