UK Parliamentary Elections: Conservatives Advance Labor (Poll)

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's conservatives are up 14 percentage points ahead of the Labor opposition in the run-up to the December 12 parliamentary elections, a poll released by Good Morning Britain quoted by Reuters as saying Monday.

The opinion poll, conducted by the Survation Agency, shows a support of 42% for the Conservatives, compared to 28% for the Labor Party. The pro-European Liberal-Democratic party would get 13% of the vote, and the Brexit Party, led by eurofob Nigel Farage, 5%.

The data do not indicate changes in the voting options of the British electorate compared to the previous poll. Survation conducted the survey by telephone, between November 14 and 16, on a sample of 1,010 people with voting rights, informs Agerpres.
