The paraninfo of the University of Zaragoza hosts, between this November 14, and until the 16th, theXII Congress of the Spanish Association for the Study of Eating Disorders (AEETCA) "Beyond the body", where the "dilemmas and challenges" of eating disorders in Spain and in the world, among other points, will be addressed.
The event will have numerous personalities from the world of Medicine, such as Luis Rojo, Olga González, Montse Graell, Luis Beato or Marina Díaz-Marsá, who will participate in this event, where workshops, meetings with experts, conferences, round tables, etc. will be held.
Some of the themes that will be discussed in relation to the new advances obtained they are muscular dysmorphia, trauma, gender and sexuality, addictions, E-health or comorbidity with ADHD.
Together with the Congress promoted by AEETCA, also The XI Congress of Associations will take place, which will be attended by associations from all over Spain. It will discuss the keys to success in the relationship of the Associations and the Administration, overcoming challenges, communication 2.0 before the media, differences in treatment with families of adolescent and adult patients and motivation to treat patients tough adults In addition, "Crystal Princesses", a self-help book, will be presented. Ultimately, there will be a dialogue space between associations where experiences will be exchanged and the # PorunusoLovedelaTecnología campaign, an ORANGE project in collaboration with FEACAB, will be presented.
The congress is held in the Aragonese capital two years after the last one took place, held in May 2017 in the city of Barcelona.
